Additional E-mail Address

       Odyssey Networks offers up to 5 e-mail address at no additional cost. Additional e-mail addresses are available at a cost of $1.00 per address per month. To request an additional e-mail address, please fill in the information below. The address will become active the following business day. 

       Please provide the following information. Please remember that Usernames are entered using all small letters and numbers and Passwords are entered with a Capital as the FIRST letter followed by small letters and/or numbers. The first character in either Username or Password MUST be a letter: 
      First name 
       Last name 
Current Username 
E-mail Address       
    2nd Username  (3-10 letters - all lower case)
    2nd Password  (5-10 letters - starting with a capital letter)
