The Archival Collection includes:

• Photographs
• Documents
• Paintings
• Textiles
• Maps

Research conducted by the Society's Collection Committee of experienced volunteers can be provided.

The average query requires one to three hours of on-site research. This research does not include any material outside of the Society's own collection, nor off-site research. Off-site research is not provided.

Assisted Collection Research is provided to the Society's paid membership free of charge, except postage and photocopying.

A research fee of $20.00 (US) for non-members is charged to help maintain the research facility. US domestic postage, handling, and up to six (6) photocopies are included.

Any additional photocopying of research material is available at 20¢ (US) per copy (not waived). Some material may not be eligible for copying.  Photographic reproduction of any material is subject to copyright and/or written permission with the cost borne by the querist.

Research is done in good faith in anticipation of payment; billing is made, indicating the number of photocopies. Full payment of all charges is required before the completed mail packet is forwarded.
