About Us

Welcome to the Website of the Caring Community Hospice of Cortland! We provide hospice home care services to people with life limiting illness in Cortland County.

The Caring Community Hospice of Cortland, a member of the Cortland County Health Department, became a Medicare Certified hospice program in September of 1991 and is the only provider of hospice services in Cortland County.

Life-enriching services are offered in homes, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and Cortland Memorial Hospital. Hospice offers grief support for hospice families and currently is developing ongoing bereavement support for the entire community. We welcome calls from physicians, discharge planners, healthcare agencies, the clergy, and patients and family members who want to know more about our programs and services.
