Col 1:16
16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are

invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.

from. God created all

What do they look like?
Heb 13:22 Do not forget to entertain
strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained

Apparently at least in many cases they look exactly like all human beings.

What does the word say they can do or have done in the past?
Gen 24:7 "The LORD God of heaven, who took me from my father's house and from the land of my family, and who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, 'To your descendants I give this land,'
He will send His angel before you, and you shall take a wife for my son from there.

Are all angels serving God? No. Are there angels that serve the dark side? Yes.

Yes,
Satan is a fallen angel and he
has other angels under him.

What is Satan doing for you? He is fighting against you.
Rev 12:10

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him
up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
